Scheduling Appointments

To schedule a clinic visit or a tele-health visit, please read the following:

  • New Patients

Note that due to timing factors related to email correspondence, calling the clinic to schedule a first visit is the method we would prefer.

  • Existing Patients

    • We now offer Online Scheduling for existing patients. If you are an existing patient, you have already been added to the online scheduling system. Simply follow the prompts after clicking on the link.

Note: We accept most PPO plans, Medicare, Workers Compensation and cash pay patients. Please contact us for your plan details.

Tele-Health

OBPT offers Tele-Health visits. We use Doxy.me for secure tele-health appointments. You will need access to a smart phone or computer with an Internet connection. Your session will last ~ 45 minutes. We will evaluate your injury through a discussion about your symptoms and concerns. Your therapist will also assess and test movement, strength and function. We will work with you on your plan of care with exercises and treatments to assist with your recovery.”

Tele-Health Rates

We will need to verify benefits with your insurance company. For those who do not have insurance, we offer a cash rate.

Covid-19 Safety Precautions

Your health and safety is important to us. Our office follows infection control recommendations made by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). We will update our policy as guidelines change. Please see our new health and safety guidelines below regarding clinic visits.

  • All staff have received the Covid-19 vaccine.
  • All staff, patients, and visitors are required to wear a face mask while in the clinic.
  • Physical therapists and patients are required to wash hands prior to each appointment. All of the equipment will be sanitized after each use.
  • All appointments are one-on-one with the physical therapists and support staff.
  • Clinic equipment has been arranged to allow for social distancing.
  • Ventilation: we constantly run intake and exhaust systems as well as leave windows open. Please dress in layers accordingly.
  • We are limiting visitors to the clinic. We ask that you do not bring others with you to the clinic unless they are an essential care giver.
